Liz's Thoughts
 
 The trip was awesome! I was really sad it was over, but we made it! I think we all grew a lot over the trip. I learned so much, especially visiting the nursing home. My eyes were opened to a lot. We all grew so close; I miss all of you so much!!! We also grew so much stronger physically... the first couple days are hard mentally and physically, i learned to admire the strength in the other riders... we all did awesome! It was a great experience to get away from our lives home and focus on growing in Christ with fellowship and encouragement. we all struggled at some point, and we all grew so much stronger! it was an amazing trip, I wont forget all of the fun times, how what an amazing week it was! the week started great riding along the beach, throwing sticks at my helmet... then tues i learned a lot at the nursing home! wed I had a great time at the church we all did a great job for the service! we beat mr. Sladkey in the game! and I stayed with the Sexe's, which is one of the warmest sweetest family's I have had the privilege of knowing…The church showed such hospitality and warmth, what a great experience! I also had a blast at the community center!!!... thurs we mastered the hills and had fun goin down town!!! (even though i got chocolate all over my capris) and I loved fri, it was funny listening to you guys on the beach sleeping, and swimming, our game on the raft was so fun, I'm sorry Karl got hurt though... there are so many moments i wont forget, i can't wait to see everyone again! we've all grown so much stronger together I know I have a ton more to say, but i could write forever, so i'll leave it at that... it was just an amazing week! God has blessed me so much to give me the opportunities he did on that trip, and to be with all of you.
