Liz Hilger
Day One, i was pumped, goin to start an amazing trip that my sis. had
been braggin about all year, at the end of the day, i was exhausted and
wondered y i was here. Day two was harder... we entered hills (more like
mountains)... and i had done one day of training before hand where i had seen
nothing but speed bumps, then the krema sisters got to me, with their soul
power and optimisim, it was contageous, i stayed that night at a wonderful
house (with Cliff and Cherlan) it was wonderful! i'll never forget that
house, i came right with the Lord that night, and the  next day i was pumped,
i loved hills, bring it on!!! that night i stayed with an awesome family!!!
Mr. and Mrs.  Shlobaum where i got to do sume 4 wheeling, and the kids were
awesome!!!  i wont forget that family! they spoiled me and were just so
sweet!!! I loved Mike, Nicole, Lindsay, Ashley, and Rachael- as for the rest
of the week, it was amazing how close i got with some of the people, (even
if i kicked Ali in the face at night) i have to say i loved canoeing... Matt was
an awesome partner, i got to know him a lot better, and i can still laugh at
how we came across cows in the water... the guys were awesome, even if Brian
thought it was funny to cut people off, Eric and Kyle really set good
examples... It was so neat to be able to be going 1, 1 on your bike up a hill
and look down at your shadow, and see another right beside you... and just
smile to  yourself knowing that shadow is Jesus's and he is right by your
side through it all... PJ was a big leader, and a hero in my eyes... i hope
to see everyone again, like the families i stayed with, the people we met
(Jason, Marco, Kayla) and many more... Thanxs if you let us use your
bathroom!!! I won't forget the people, or the churches, or the turkey that
went after my sister
In Him
Liz
